Return Window
You may return most new, unused items within 30 calendar days from the delivery date for a full refund.

Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition you received them
  • In the original packaging with all tags and accessories attached
  • Returned for reasons such as manufacturing defects or quality issues (e.g., material flaws, stitching problems). We do not accept returns for ordinary wear and tear or damage caused by misuse.

If an item is returned because of a quality issue, we will cover all return shipping costs.

How to Start a Return
Email us at info@aldoshoeshop.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label and clear instructions.

Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 1–2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email at that time. Please note that it may take an additional 7–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
